Our Commitment

Compliance, Documented and Enforced

These are not aspirations — they are operating requirements written into how we dispatch, drive and maintain every unit.

Hours of Service (HOS)

Full compliance with the Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations (SOR/2005-313). Driving and on-duty limits are monitored on every trip — no exceptions, no pressure to bend the rules.

Mandatory ELD Use

All power units operate with certified Electronic Logging Devices as required by the Canadian ELD mandate and U.S. FMCSA regulations. Logs are accurate, current and audit-ready at all times.

National Safety Code & Provincial

We operate in compliance with the National Safety Code and the provincial requirements of every province we serve, from British Columbia to Newfoundland — including carrier profiles, driver qualification files and vehicle standards.

Cross-Border: FMCSA, CBSA & CBP

U.S. operations run under USDOT 4163476 and MC 1600290 in full FMCSA compliance. Every crossing is filed through ACI eManifest and executed in accordance with CBSA and CBP requirements.

Inspections & Maintenance

Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections plus a scheduled preventive maintenance program keep every unit roadworthy. Defects are repaired before wheels roll — never after.

Professional, Trained Drivers

Our drivers are qualified, experienced and cross-border trained. We verify abstracts, credentials and histories, and we invest in ongoing safety training.
